Dear Customers

No charges are made to any customer's Credit/Debit card for any orders until the goods are ready for dispatch.

All Credit/Debit Card transactions and customer details are carried out behind a Secure Server that requires the user to have 128-bit encryption (normal)(The padlock will be shown in the payment window)

We DO NOT sell, keep or make a mailing list of our customers’ E- mail, residential address or Telephone Numbers to harass or approach customers with unwanted promotions or unsolicited mail.

All information supplied by the customer is treated with the up most confidentiality and only used when dealing with the order placed or any further order placed, via E-mail or telephone, with the permission of the customer.

On any occasion where some items may be out of stock from an order, both here and at the manufactures, for an extended period of time, items in stock will be dispatched. The remaining items will be dispatched as soon as available. Split orders will only be charged as dispatched. Where applicable Postage and Packing will only be charged on the first part of the order. Subsequent parts of the original order will be sent P&P free.

All orders are despatched in a plain wrapping. Lingerie dose not appear on the packet any were
