Service
We aim to despatch goods as soon as possible (within 7 working days) after receiving your order. However, due to stock & supply levels please allow up to 28 days for despatch.
In the rare cases when we have a problem getting an article we will e-mail you immediately we know.

Please Note on all orders excess packaging will be reduced (when necessary) to save weight on Postage.

Postage & packing in U.K. & N/IRELAND.
Postage & packing in U.K. & N/Ireland is £2.99. This is by first class recorded mail. Sales ordered over £50 are free of carriage, UK & N/Ireland ONLY. If goods are returned from sales with free carriage, bringing total sale value to less than £50, P & P will be charged at £2.99 per order in the UK.
Postage & packing Outside the U.K.
Postage is calculated on shop prices before VAT is deducted for all orders outside EEC.
Postage for sales up to £50.00 will be £5.50. Sales from £50.01 to £100.00 will be £7.00. Sales from £100.01 to £150.00 will be £9.00. Sales from £150.01 to £200.00 will be £11.00. Due to insurance (maximum insurance available is £200 per packet) and postage charges, all orders above this will be split into two parcels and charged postage accordingly. (Delivery usually takes on an average four days after posting but please allow ten working days)
Delivery charges are for Recorded International Mail.
Any Import Duties or Local Taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
TAX All prices include U.K. Value Added Tax at 17.5%
VAT will be deducted on all orders outside the European Union on the final invoice.
RETURNS EXCHANGES & FAULTY GOODS
If goods are returned within 7 days from date of invoice with all the original packaging and labels still attached and have NOT BEEN WORN, OR DAMAGED we will gladly refund the cost of the goods or exchange. (P & P is non-refundable) Please use invoice/return slip as proof of purchase. We recommend you return goods by recorded post. This service insures goods up to £23.00 in value. Goods are the customer's responsibility until received on the premises A charge for p&p at the appropriate rate will be made on exchanges
In the unlikely event of goods being faulty please return with packaging and invoice/return slip as proof of purchase. Faulty goods will be returned to the manufacturer for report, replaced or credited.
Your statutory rights in the U.K. are not affected
